Recetas sencillas con pollo: alitas de pollo a la naranja

No os voy a engañar, esta semana no tenía tiempo de hacer la receta para el blog.
Había pensado en hacer las croquetas caseras de cebolla que hace mi madre, o un pastel de fresas, nata y bizcochos de soletilla de lo más sencillo, pero para elaborar cualquiera de las dos tenía que ir a comprar algunos ingredientes que me faltaban y ya os he dicho que tiempo no tenía.
Como estaba falta de ideas cogí los más de 20 libros que tengo en casa y me puse a rebuscar. Todo era demasiado complicado, étnico, o moderno. Ya casi desesperada y a punto de hacer huevos fritos con patatas encontré un librillo de publicidad de un supermercado que tenía algunas recetas una gran sorpresa que me ha solucionado la papeleta : ALITAS DE POLLO CON SALSA DE NARANJA!!!

Ingredientes:
10 alitas de pollo
2 Naranjas grandes
1 Tacita de salsa de soja
1/2 cucharada de pimienta
1 diente de ajo
2 cucharaditas de miel

Preparación

Tenéis que pelar una de las naranjas ( la otra será para decorar) pero sin llegar a la parte blanca, para después escaldar durante dos minutos esa monda fina en agua hirviendo.
Mientras la piel de la naranja está en el agua, mezclar en un bol el diente de ajo picadito, la miel, la salsa de soja, la pimienta y el zumo de la naranja que tenéis pelada.
Cuando la piel esté escaldada, mezclar con el resto de ingredientes en el bol y terminar de remover hasta que la miel esté bien ligada con el resto de ingredientes.
Cuando nuestra salsa esté lista tenemos que añadir las alitas y dejarlas macerar en la nevera durante unas dos horas. Yo las dejé durante un poco menos y salieron buenísimas y si las dejáis listas por la noche para hacerlas al día siguiente seguro que están de lujo.
Cuando las alitas estén bien maceradas tenéis que sacarlas de la salsa y meterlas en el horno, a unos 200º durante 20 minutos, añadiendo de vez en cuando un poco de la salsa que hemos reservado.

Resultado
Esta receta me ha sorprendido desde el primer momento, lo primero porque no esperaba encontrarla en un librillo tan cutre como en el que la encontré y lo segundo porque el sabor es realmente asombroso. Os aconsejo que si el picante no os gusta echéis mucha menos pimienta, porque la verdad que sí que puede llegar a ser un poco fuerte.

La Evolución del Ser Humano

La evolución humana u hominización es el proceso de evolución biológica de la especie humana desde sus ancestros hasta el estado actual. El estudio de dicho proceso requiere un análisis interdisciplinar en el que se aúnen conocimientos procedentes de ciencias como lagenética, la antropología física, la paleontología, la estratigrafía, la geocronología, la arqueología y la lingüística.

El término humano, en el contexto de su evolución, se refiere a los individuos del género Homo. Sin embargo, los estudios de la evolución humana incluyen otros homininos, como Ardipithecus, Australopithecus, etc. Los científicos han estimado que las líneas evolutivas de los seres humanos y de los chimpancés se separaron hace 5 a 7 millones de años. A partir de esta separación, la estirpe humana continuó ramificándose, originando nuevas especies, todas extintas actualmente a excepción del Homo sapiens.

Algunas de las especies predecesoras de los homo sapiens fueron:

Australopithecus

Los primeros seres que caminaron semierguidos, dejando sus extremidades superiores libres fueron denominados australopithecus. Los homínidos más antiguos que se conocen alcanzan los 6 millones de años, y evolucionaron hasta los australopithecus, seres que datan de hace 5 millones de años. Sus restos han sido encontrados en África.

Vivieron en ambientes forestales que contaron la presencia de ríos. Su estatura apenas alcanzó el metro, sus manos largas y finas las utilizaron para prensar o agarrar objetos, frutos, raíces, también tuvieron la capacidad de hacer armas muy rudimentarias, probablemente formaron pequeñas comunidades, en las que cada uno convivió con un grupo de hembras. El cerebro del australopithecus tuvo poco desarrollo, su cráneo pudo tener un volumen de entre 450 – 500 centímetros cúbicos.

En 1955 en Kenia (África) los antropólogos Louis y Marie Leakey encontraron restos de un individuo de aproximadamente 3,9 o 4,2 millones de años. En 1974 en Etiopía encontraron un esqueleto de los que se cree fue una hembra de reducido tamaño, 1.20 metros, su edad se calcula en unos 20 años; era un homínido, porque su posición es erguida y se le llamó Lucy.


 


Homo habilis

Fueron los seres intermedios entre los australopithecus y los homínidos. El homo habilis o ser con habilidades se caracterizó porque su mandíbula inferior y superior son mucho menos desarrollados, sus manos más fuertes y robustas les permitió trabajar con ellas. Su cuerpo es totalmente erecto. En 1891 en la isla de Java se desenterraron restos de un ser con características humanas al que se le denominó Pithecantropus, lo que significa hombre-simio.

Este tenía un fémur con una posición totalmente vertical, como la de los seres humanos, de ahí que se le dio el calificativo de Homo Erectus o ser erguido. El ejemplar más antiguo de Homo Habilis, se ha calculado en 2,5 millones de años. Con gran parecido con los australopithecus, aunque de apariencia más moderna, la capacidad craneal se sitúa entre los 500-800 centímetros cúbicos. A la par de su evolución física esos seres fueron ampliando sus conocimientos, fabricaron cuchillos y hachas de piedra, madera y hueso. En los últimos años de la existencia del Homo Erectus, surgió el lenguaje, lo que dio paso a una mejor comunicación, a su vez emplearon el fuego.

Neanderthales

Aproximadamente hace 80000 a.C. aparece otra especie, la del hombre de Neandertal, su nombre se debe a que los primeros restos fueron encontrados en el valle del Neandertal en Alemania. Se considera que esta espécimen era muy inteligente y hábil. Los neandertales presentan un cráneo casi redondo, tuvo un volumen de unos 1400 – 1600 centímetros cúbicos, huesos bastantes gruesos, su nariz deja de ser ancha y hundida y midieron alrededor de 1.60 metros.

Supuestamente fueron los primeros seres en enterrar a sus muertos, se han encontrado restos rodeados de armas, alimentos y algunos utensilios. También practicaron el arte, se han encontrado pigmentos de colores, restos de polvo de ocre rojo. Utilizaron cuevas para protegerse, lo contribuyó a fortalecer os lazos familiares.

Al desaparecer el homo erectus surgió la rama de los neandertales, de los que surgió la especie Sapiens Sapiens.


Homo Sapiens Sapiens

Hace 35 000 millones de años, la única especie que pobló la Tierra, con características semejantes a las de las personas de hoy en día, en Francia se encontraron restos de esta especie, fue el Hombre de Cro-Magnon. Se caracterizó por alcanzar una estatura de 1.80 metros

La evolución del cerebro, el desarrollo del lenguaje y una organización social, se fueron dando a la vez. Para el período del Neolítico, entre 8000 y 4000 años a.C., después de las glaciaciones, muchos animales desaparecieron, eso llevó a que las personas no dependieran tanto de la cacería y se dedicaran a cultivar. No se sabe en que lugar se inició la agricultura, aunque los restos más antiguos datan el valle del Nilo. Se pasó de una vida nómada a una seminómada, para luego a una sedentaria, cuando se dedicaron a la agricultura.
